How do I report a conversion error?
If you notice an incorrect conversion, please open an issue on our GitHub repository with the ingredient name, gram amount, and the incorrect result you are seeing. We verify all our data against USDA FoodData Central.
Can I suggest a new ingredient?
Yes! We are always looking to expand our ingredient database. Open a GitHub issue with the ingredient name and its density in grams per cup (if known). We will verify the data and add it to our database.
Is GramsToCups free to use?
Absolutely. GramsToCups is completely free with no hidden fees, no premium tier, and no registration required. We believe accurate cooking measurements should be accessible to everyone.
How do I use GramsToCups in my recipe blog?
You can link directly to our conversion pages (e.g., /100-grams-flour-to-cups/) from your recipes. This gives your readers instant access to accurate conversions without leaving your site.
Do you have an API?
Currently, GramsToCups is a client-side only application. All conversion logic runs in JavaScript in the browser. If you need programmatic access, our conversion formulas and ingredient data are documented in our blog.
